By commissioning me, You agree to the following:

Basic etiquette when commissioning

Please communicate with me in a timely manner. In order to avoid holding up the process, be responsive to any messages I give you about the commission. Please notify me as soon as you can if there are any emergencies that causes your lack of communication.Do not ask me when I will finish by messaging me several times every day. I will try to keep you informed of my progress, and if an emergency arises that prevents me from working, I will let you know beforehand.

I. Artwork Copyright

  • I retain the rights to my artwork. The commissioner can not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than for personal use.

  • The commissioned artworks are not intended for commercial use. Regarding business commissions, kindly email me. It is completely forbidden to redistribute my artwork as printed goods, keychains, promotional items, social media platform ads, or services unless you have paid the extra commercial usage price.

  • The commissioner is free to reproduce my artwork on whatever platform they want, provided that due credit is given, expressed, and that my watermark and signature stay unchanged and unedited.

  • You are not allowed to edit or change my artwork in any way without my consent, with the exception of cropping it for profile pictures or other uses.

II. Payment Terms

  • Payment via Paypal invoices only.

  • I accept payment through USD only.

  • Full payment upfront only.

  • After 48 hours of reserving a commission slot, if payment is not received, your slot will be forfeited and assigned to another person thus your commission will be canceled.

  • You acknowledge that you are the cardholder of the card that is connected to the PayPal account that will be paying for this commission. In the unlikely event that I get a chargeback for a purchase that was not made by the cardholder, I accept no liability for it. It is not my obligation to confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or that you are a parent who negligently let your child to use your PayPal account or credit/debit card.

  • The commissioner is obligated to inform me when the payment has been transferred. Every now and then a payment won't go through and I won't be aware of it. The 48-hour payment term will be in effect for you if you don't notify me that the money has been delivered within that time period and that I have checked and made certain that I havent received the payment.

  • The commissioned artwork will only result in a Digital drawing in png format. The result is not a Digital print or any other merchandise that requires shipment.

Regarding refunds or cancellations

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission if I find it uncomfortable to draw or reasons such as time constraints.

  • The commissioner will get a full refund if the commission is cancelled (by either me or the client) before any work has begun.

  • There will be NO REFUNDS once I’ve started your commission as the drawing takes time and energy put into it.

III. What is acceptable?

  • Your Original Characters

  • Other peoples OCs (with permission from them)

  • Fanart

  • Animals/Pets

  • Mild Gore

  • Anime style

  • Kemonomimi

  • Character Designs

  • Chibis

  • Partial nudity (As long as theyre covered)

Will not draw

  • Anything I am uncomfortable drawing (up to my discretion either due to lack of skill or other reasons)

  • Content that is otherwise against my beliefs or morals

  • Complicated designs (otherwise will cost extra)

  • Mecha

  • NSFW/Fetishes

  • Furry/Anthro

  • Hateful or offensive imagery

  • Excessive Gore

  • Vehicles

  • Incest, Pedophilia

  • Other illegal things

  • Political content

  • Triggering content

  • Immoral ships

IV. Work process

Order process

  1. Commission can be discussed through discord, email or twitter.

  2. Send me at least one photo reference of your desired character or any other references you deem necessary. Descriptions are also appreciated.

  3. Communicate with me the necessary information such as the type of commission (sketch, full-colored, bust-up, etc.), the purpose (Personal or commercial) and if you need this commission to have a set deadline.

  4. I will need your paypal email to send you the invoice and the email you prefer to send you the finished commission file.

  5. Once the invoice has been sent, I will wait for 48 hours to receive payment.

  6. Once payment is received. I will start working and provide you with wips throughout the process.

  7. When no other revisions are needed, I will send you the finished files in png with 300dpi via email. This includes with or without solid color bg. (Transparent files)

Revisions

  1. I will regularly provide wips, likewise the commissioner is also free to ask for them.

  2. Please be clear in explaining the details and necessary information such as if you want a certain pose etc.

  3. Only minor changes in the coloring process.

  4. A total of 3 revisions can be made in the sketch process.

  5. Large/drastic changes can only be made through the sketch process.

  6. If large/drastic changes are needed after the sketching process, I will ask for an additional fee. (around 10$ - 30$ depending on the revision asked.)

  7. In the event that I mess up the character design, accessories, or any other visual components as described in the supplied visual references, I will make the necessary corrections at no extra charge.

Estimated Deadline of commissions

The majority of commissions are typically expected to be completed in no more than 2 to 4 weeks. I will personally inform the client of any delays in commission fulfillment.
